Risol SPA-200S is an anionic polyelectrolyte with low molecular weight, which is easy to absorb moisture and soluble in water. It is mainly used as a fluid loss reducing agent in fresh water mud. The typical dosage is generally 0.2-0.5%. It can effectively reduce the fluid loss, have good mud cake in water based mud.

Fluid loss test procedures: Measure 400ml distilled water, control the water temperature at 20±2℃； then add 0.8±0.01g sodium polyazrylate Risol SPA-200S, Use mixer to blend for 60 minutes; then add 60±0.1g Russia bentonite, continue to blend for 4 hours; then move the solution into the mud cups, use hamilton beach or equiv for 5 minutes continuous blending. Finally apply API filter press to test fluid loss volume. The fluid loss volume shall be below 8ml.
Package and Storage
They shall be packaged in a triple sack with the lined bag. The net weight of each sack is 25kg. They shall be stored in a shady, dry, and ventilated place.
Safety
They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with water. Handling methods and dangerous data shall be referred to MSDS.
